Hannelore Van Meldert is Business Unit Director van de divisie ’Talent Acquisition & Orientation’, bij Acerta Consult. Dit omhelst volgende consultancy activiteiten: rekrutering & selectie, assessment en development centers, werk-naar-werk transities en outplacement.

He holds a double degree in International Trade (University of Clermont Ferrand) and Business and Administration (Universidad Europea). Additionally, he holds an MBA from ESCP Europe (Madrid-Oxford). 

He began his career in 2003 at Real Madrid C.F. international marketing team. He then joined Invest in France Agency in Madrid in 2005 as VP Business Development, and in NY (2008-11). He became MD at Catenon Executive Search in Paris in 2012. BizDev Director at Ray Human Capital from 2013-15. 

Mathieu brings in-depth experience in Cross-border business development activities, HR Tech and Human Capital Talent Strategy.

His research focuses on the measurement, development and predictive validity of psychological individual differences (personality traits, vocational interests, skills) in the context of work and careers. He publishes in high-ranked academic journals and provides consulting services to organizations on topics related to talent assessment and talent management.
